BEERS

From beginning to end, all of our BEERS are produced right here on our farm in Goshen, New York. Our brewing endeavors take us across almost the entire spectrum, focusing on pilsners, lagers, ales, porters and stouts. Due to our relationship with Orange County Distillery, we will continually focus our vision on repurposing spent Whiskey barrels for our extensive barrel-aging program.

Rosebud/OCBC Pilsner

4.2%-4.7% German Pilsner. Our beloved German-Style Pilsner, brewed with 100 percent NY State Floor-Malted Pilsner Malt, and hopped with

classic German noble hops. Cold conditioned in stainless steel for many weeks.

Early Girl/OCBC Pale Ale

5.2%-5.7% American Pale Ale. Our flagship West Coast Pale Ale. Brewed with NY State Malt, and NY State-Grown Cascade, Centennial, and

Chinook. Fermented with a classic American ale yeast strain. Bright and Crushable, with a balanced bitterness and clean malt backbone.

Beyond the Pleasure Principle/OCBC American IPA

6.2%-6.7% American IPA. Our flagship IPA. Brewed with Two-Row Pale Malt, White Wheat, and Oats, and hopped judiciously with CTZ, El Dorado and

Simcoe, Then dry-hopped with all three hops. Medium body with a beautiful hop bouquet on the nose, and a smooth pine, stone fruit, and berry

finish on the palate.

Love & Mathematics/OCBC New England IPA

5.8%-6.3%% IPA., . Brewed with Two-Row Pale Malt and Oats, hopped and dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo. Pitched with a classic New England

style yeast strain creating a beautiful hazy, juicy, citrus tropical fruit finish.

Tasman Sunset/OCBC Double IPA

8.3% Double IPA. Brewed with Two-Row Pale Malt, White Wheat, and Oats, and hopped with a melange of Australian and New Zealand hops in

the kettle, whirlpool, and dry hop. Endless waves of intense flavor and aroma.

Espresso Pillows/OCBC Porter

6.3%-6.8% American Coffee Porter. Brewed with Two-Row Pale Malt, Dark Munich, Crystal, Oats, Chocolate Malt, and Roasted Barley, then conditioned

on Single-Origin Ghana Cacao Nibs, and Peruvian Coffee Beans from our friends at Valkyrie Coffee Roasters. Pronounced flavors of Dark Chocolate

and Coffee.

OCBC Stout/Dark Ale

5.8% Dark English Ale. Two-Row Pale Malt, Oats, Malted Wheat, Caramel and Chocolate Malts, English Hops. Classic flavor and taste of any occasion.

Beloved Stout

11.3% Honey/Maple Whiskey barrel aged stout. Classic Stout recipe with additional maple syrup added during the boil. Aged for 18 months in our

own Orange County Distillery Maple and Honey Whiskey barrels. Enjoy this from the tap or by the bottle.
